about Honorary membership in IM_AHtoHC_RF

President IM_AHtoHC_RF Konstantin Tsarenko
This Regulation is adopted and approved by the President IM_AHtoHC_RF to the effective action of rewards and support IM_AHtoHC_RF, to create an honorary membership accession IM_AHtoHC_RF represented by consultants, advisors, sponsors, investors.
Honorary membership provides for the encouragement of consultants, experts, sponsors, patrons, investors of high professional level with the status of Honorary member and Vice-Presidents, Honorary President IM_AHtoHC_RF, who are elected only from among the honored people. The merit of Honorary membership is recognized by the President of IM_Ahtoh_RF and the public, ordinary members of IM_AHtoHC_RF. Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF – an individual who has made a significant contribution to the development of IM_AHtoHC_RF, assistance in solving problems IM_AHtoHC_RF according to the Rules IM_AHtoHC_RF and in the development of statutory activities IM_AHtoHC_RF.
1. General terms.
1.1. The title «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF» is given to individuals for special services – significant contribution to the development of IM_AHtoHC_RF, assistance in solving problems IM_AHtoHC_RF according to the Rules IM_AHtoHC_RF, in the development of statutory activities IM_AHtoHC_RF and for guardianship (for participation in the Trustee Fund IM_AHtoHC_RF).
1.2. This Regulation establishes the procedure for nomination and approval of Honorary members of IM_AHtoHC_RF.
1.3. Honorary membership IM_AHtoHC_RF provides that:
- Honorary member of the IM_AHtoHC_RF may be named as the Honorary President IM_AHtoHC_RF; if IM_AHtoHC_RF Honorary member was previously the President IM_AHtoHC_RF;
- Honorary member IM_AHtoHC_RF may be named as the Honorary Vice President IM_AHtoHC_RF; if IM_AHtoHC_RF Honorary member was previously the Vice President IM_AHtoHC_RF;
- Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF can’t be a member of IM_AHtoHC_RF, but assist IM_AHtoHC_RF as a consultant, expert, sponsor, sipporter, investor.
1.4. Honorary membership in IM_AHtoHC_RF is indefinite and has exceptions when the Honorary President or Vice President can be a person who was not previously President or Vice President of IM_AHtoHC_RF, but has made a significant contribution to the development of IM_AHtoHC_RF. The significance of the contribution is determined by the event which is clearly influenced by everything connected in the world with IM_AHtoHC_RF.
2. Approval Process.
2.1. The title «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF» can be assigned to citizens of any country and stateless persons. The title «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF» bestow the President IM_AHtoHC_RF.
2.2. The right to nominate a candidate for the title «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF» have: the President, his Deputies, members IM_AHtoHC_RF. Nomination is carried out within a year until November 15 of the current year on the basis of the established form (Appendix № 1 - Request), which is submitted to the President or from the President to his Deputies.
2.3. The title «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF» is bestowed by the sole decision of the President at meeting with his Deputies – no more than to three persons within a year. The title «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF» is bestowed without a vote – by right of a single decision of the President.
2.4. Without the approval of the President an Honorary member of the IM_AHtoHC_RF has the right to be a member IM_AHtoHC_RF previously performing the functions of the President, his Deputy, Secretary IM_AHtoHC_RF, the President, Vice President, Secretary of the Trustee Fund IM_AHtoHC_RF.
3. The rights and duties of «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF».
3.1. Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF has the right to participate in the executive group’s meetings of IM_AHtoHC_RF and meetings of IM_AHtoHC_RF Trustee Fund; at the consulting and expert meetings of groups, assets, management of branches with the right of consultative vote.
3.2. Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF has the rights to the benefits established for members of IM_AHtoHC_RF, including the right to issue permanent or one-time passes to the territory of meetings, events and offices of IM_AHtoHC_RF for their visit.
3.3. The list of Почетных членов IM_AHtoHC_RF is published on the website of IM_AHtoHC_RF or the Trustee Fund IM_AHtoHC_RF website.
4. Bestowing the title «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF» and other rewards IM_AHtoHC_RF.
4.1. Bestowing the title «Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF» takes place in a solemn ceremony with the presentation of the Diploma/Certificate and Certificate (Annex № 2), the established model, approved and signed by the President IM_AHtoHC_RF.
4.2. This Regulation approve/agree to the Identity of the application in the form of Sign of Honorary member of IM_AHtoHC_RF (Annex No. 3).
4.3. The Regulation approve/agree and other awards, including Diplomas/Certificates for Honorary members IM_AHtoHC_RF if they were accepted the present Regulation and of the Rules IM_AHtoHC_RF.
